Ok here is my solution. For MY problem. I made my pdf printer the default printer from windows. I then checked save printer environment in my report and saved and compiled the application. I then reset the default printer back to the laser printer from windows. Now it prints correctly.
The save printer environment was not checked before. But it is working now so I am happy.

It seems to me if you tell it in code to use a certain printer then that is what it should do. ??
