John Fox? You have GOT to be kidding me.

It continually amazes me how cautious pro sports teams are in hiring head coaches and managers. Half the time they hire one of the "same old guys" who have been unsuccessful elsewhere.

Then again, Josh McDaniels did not have any head coaching experience and look how well that worked out for the Broncos.
