After more verification on this, I would like to apply a correction. I got confused by a reload of my data dictionary, which is triggered when I change something in my Admin, Field or Table table. When this is the case, the data dictionary will be reloaded for the other instances of the worker process. But, this is not a sign that it is a new startup. So, a worker process can only be created with a new compilation or something that justifies it, but when it is the case, a new process ID will be used.
