Yes, looks like a strange bug. I sent Michel a link to Sergey's duplicate message, now I have to send him the my two as well.

BTW, when I was posting my message, it looked like UT was not responding, so I could have pressed Submit button a few times.

I have the same problem now also. The Send button doesn't seem to work.
