But for those of us who live in big cities near state borders, all this is par for the course. The Philadelphia are includes parts of New Jersey and Delaware, and plenty of organizations with "Philadelphia" in their names serve people outside Pennsylvania.
Understand that from where I live, if I draw a circle with a 300-mile radius, it includes parts of Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, and Ontario. In fact, it includes all of several of those states.
