I'm not clear from your code exactly what you want. Based on a guess:
Dim storageAdvice As Quotation_Add
'Create the form:
storageAdvice = New Quotation_Add
storageAdvice.MdiParent = Me
storageAdvice.Show()
storageAdvice.TextBox1.Text = "aaa"
Just make sure that storageAdvice is defined with sufficient scope if you want to access it from elsewhere in the parent form.
