I rechecked that just now. Even put SELECT WPage in the page activate. I've got a toolbar with "Next" which simply goes to the next record in WPage and does a thisform.refresh - which in effect does a grid.refresh (I have tested a ??chr(7) in grid.refresh to prove this). Then I click my little button which has a grid.refresh() command and it works!!! Dang!

>>If I put a command button on the form with "this.parent.grd1.refresh()" as the click event it comes good when clicked. And it refreshes with every "Next" "Prior" etc after that. If I put the same command in the refresh of the page, or in the activate event of the page it fires but doesn't work. That's weird! The data environment hasn't been changed at all from when it was working.
