Another major offender group is long haul truckers. They have on-board tablet devices that communicate with the dispatch office. They are supposed to pull off the road to use them but apparently no one does. To pull a big rig off the road, then get back on and up to speed takes several minutes, and that's money. I can understand their POV but it's a serious road hazard. There are no fender benders with loaded semis.
