For years, Obama has been in a position to end any legitimate questions, once and for all.

I'm sure others have wanted to run for U.S. president, but could not, because it was KNOWN that they wouldn't be able to.

Obama has already openly attempted to violate federal law (use of recouped $$$ from TARP) - so we already know that it didn't take very long in his first term to outwardly attempt to violate federal law. These are facts and are indisputable.
