YES! You should buy CR for the client. VS is not an end-user developer tool, and the CR that ships with it has a different UI than the commercial CR. You will need to either buy CR for the client or buy VS for the client. You can't just install your copy of VS. This is the third time I've told you this. Enough. Buy the software.
