AFAIK, Microsoft does not hold trademark rights to the name of Fox, not anymore. So you can start selling socks in the US if you want, and call them "Visual FoxPro Socks" and they won't sue you. These guys at VFP10 can call their product whatever they want, it is still not The Fox 10.

And, BTW, it clearly says "The VFP10 is a plug in for VFP9". It does not say "next version of".
