I've not used that particular version of IS but, in general terms. a windows installation consists of 'Features' which the user can choose to install. Each feature consists of one or more Componenents and each Component has (normally) one or more files. In your case it looks like you've assigned the salehist.dbf file to the wrong component so I'd guess you need to poke around in the 'Advanced Views/Components' view and see if you can correct it there.

Sorry I can't be more specific - may be someone else is familiar with this particular InstallShield version.
