Does your place ( link etc appreciated ) offer on-line stuff? I know you do a lot of classroom stuff.

It's actually almost all online. We use video-conferencing with a Polycom unit and a TV, and we use Live Meeting and remote desktop.

When I started with them in 2007 and was told about their online infrastructure, I was initially rather skeptical. Well, I couldn't believe how well it works.

Most of our classes are anywhere from 7 people to 15 people...with students all over the country. We have an online orientation process before class starts, to get people used to the online environment. Most pick it up very quickly. It certainly takes a good experienced instructor to make it "seem" like everyone is in one class - but most walk away saying it was very close to in-facility classroom stuff.

One of these days I need to create a blog entry with some screen shots and short videos of what the online experience is like.
