I don't know. Those politicians can be pretty devious, especially when they can send in the troops. I pulled our local DA's financial disclosures to see if he had taken contributions from a cocaine dealer we arrested with 2 keys of cocaine, like our Sheriff and mayor did. He called me at home the next day trying to intimidate me. I told him I was looking to see if he was also in bed with the drug dealer. I didn't find any evidence of a connection between him and the drug dealer, but I did for the sheriff. I set up an auto-dialer and called 100,000 republicans and told them about the sheriff. they still voted for him. I guess the fact that the democrat in that race had been implicated in a murder had something to do with that.
