Not really, it is some access thing. You are not logging on as administrator, but rather just running VS as administrator. I personally don't like this whole vista/ win 7 permissions thing. I get more stupid confirmation windows now than I thought could be possible. Permissions on a network is one thing, but permissions on the computer I am trying to type at are another. Anyway, good luck.
