>>Could someone give me an example of HTML code I can put in a web page, running locally in the MS Browser control, that will call a program with parameters? I can already create the HTML and display it in the browser control. Now I need the HTML code so when the user clicks on a link it will call my local PRG with a parameter.

>What you want to do, is pretty difficult in practice. You will need a third party program, for instance
West-Wind Web Connection or
ActiveVFP to be able to "talk" to VFP. But as I understand it, you want to run local programs, so why use HTML at all?
Because I want to present an HTML formatted list of available fonts to the user and have them select the desired one. This is for a system that builds web pages so I want them to see the fonts in the exact form they will show on the screen.
