Ok, so the Supreme Court will have to rule on this now. However, for now couldn't they just remove those pieces that are unconstitutional (the requirement to purchase) and leave in the good stuff like no caps on coverage, senior rebates, no refusal of coverage, insurance pools, requirement to allow children to stay on their parents' insurance plan, etc that are not in violation of the constitution?
