Not possible.

Or maybe it is. One of my breakfast staples is something I call breakfast shake. (Ironically enough, I got it from a biography of John Belushi. It was something his wife made for him when she was trying to keep him alive). Orange juice, yogurt, bananas, blueberries or strawberries, and wheat germ. Pop it all in the blender and Bob's your uncle. (I have always liked that phrase although I have no idea what it means). At the time I was dating a health nut and she patiently explained to me that every part of that recipe was bad for me, generally on the grounds of too much sugar. Spoilsport.
