I apologize deeply <g>. Mice don't bother me much but there seems to be a gender issue.
I just went out to ask the Bobcat guy if he wanted a cup of coffee or hot cocoa. He said thank you but someone just gave me some. He is Mexican-American and had a look on his face like he was wondering why he ever thought this was a good idea. Also talked to the wife half of my favorite couple in the neighborhood. Nanette is from Mississippi and she and her husband, David, have been talking since their son went off to college about moving back down south. She is taking this with aplomb, as she seems to take most things, but she said I am so sore. David works for the gas company and it was all hands on deck both yesterday and today. She said he couldn't get out and a coworker has been picking him up. Their driveway was clear yesterday but there was no road to get to.
I was hoping the snow is the fluffy kind that's easy to shovel. It's not. It's heavy and up past my knees. Bleh!
