>I use LINQPad a lot as my "command line" replacement for .NET. It's really handy for trying out things that you'd normally create a dummy project for (ex. what the heck is the correct string format code for this, or there are 5 properties that sound the same - which one do I want?). There is a free version (no Intellisense) and a paid version ($40?).
