I was replying today to a private message. When I clicked on Send it seemed like the message went through. But when I looked at the bottom line it had two buttons: Reply and Email. Confusing. So I am not sure if my message went through and what is the purpose of Reply and Email?
UPDATE: I think maybe it does make sense. But it was confusing first.
