And it was me who cheerfully plugs the Bakers Dozen column in Code Magazine <bg> which ranks right up there with some of the great stuff Bonnie has done in 'splaining the .NET. ( and I've always been a fan of Tamar, who, like many great teachers and technical writers, has a knack for explaining things to people who often can't match the mental horsepower she can bring to a topic )

Thanks. That reminds me, I need to send you the monthly payment I send you for plugging Baker's Dozen. :)

Bonnie's replies are always immaculate - to the point, no more, no less. I've sometimes gone in the direction of answering more than what was asked...sometimes that helps, sometimes it confuses the person....but Bonnie is like Ice Man (Top Gun reference)....zero mistakes. Well, maybe not such a good analogy....the guy who played Ice Man (Kilmer) now looks like Ice Cream man. <s>

I have a list of "top 10 best computer books of all time"....Tamar has been involved in 2 of them...Hacker's Guide and the VFP Office Automation book.

By the way, funny story...about 2 years ago, someone came up to me at a .NET User Group Meeting and said, "I like your articles, I've been able to use a few tips...but why are there ALWAYS 13 tips? Do you have to write 13 to get paid?"
