To the best VFP community -

Can anyone tell me how to access the Ethernet card Hex MAC address within a VFP program?

I have tried using the run command like 'RUN /2 ipconfig /all > atextfile'
But this always opens a cmd box and one then needs a separate routine to parse and read the textfile.
No problem reading and parsing the file - but the CMD box on the screen does not look good.
