Things to look for are any function calls, execscript() calls, expressions which may be evaluated, which would involve using "thisform" out of the context of the form and its member objects. Also, not sure whether this could be caused by a mention of thisform in code in an object which is not a member (of a member of a member) of the form, but added as a property.
