I have a bar chart with both positive and negative
numbers for the Y or vertical axis. Dates are used
as values along the X or horizontal axis.

The Y values range from +3million to -1.5 million.
Unfortunately, the dates used in the X axis are
intermingled with the negative bars on the chart.
This is because the X axis date values are shown
directly below the zero line instead of below the
lowest value line.

Is there a way to move the x-axis values down to below
the lowest values?
