1748 - This file is incompatible with the current version of Visual
FoxPro. Run 30UPDATE.PRG to update the file to the current
version.

Has anybody every seen this error? I found an article on the knowledge base Q191591 but it did not help. It only has happened a few times when trying to open the database from VFP.
