Thanks for that link. I now understand what people have been fussin' about all this time.
I never, ever, created an application with anything but modal forms so I never ran into this before.
I guess the contamination in my system affected the "modal logic" in some way.
Anyhow I now understand what you and others have been trying to get me to understand for many moons.
I will begin applying The READ and CLEAR events as advised.
