>>>1 Do you know the barcode scaner only can scan the code39 fonts, other fonts can't to scan or not?
That depends on your scanner. Most scanners handle code39 and other fonts, but some fonts require special programming to read them
Code 39 does not so stay with that.
If you can't scan code 39 you can't scan any font so get Code 39 working first
Here's how I go about it.
Create a document in MS Word
Type"12345",change the font to code 39, print it and try to scan it.
If it doesn't work, add the "*" before and after and try again.
If it doesn't work, something's wrong with the scanner or the way you're scanning it and I can't help you with that.
Don't bother with Crystal Reports till you can scan what you print from MS Word.
When you get it to work from MS Word, do the same thing in Crystal Reports - it's the same technology.
And i use other fonts to do , then the barcode scaner can't to scan......
1.Do you know the barcode scaner only can scan the code39 fonts, other fonts can't to scan or not?
2.IF i use other barcode fonts, but the barcode no "*" ... "*" the scaner can scan?
3. Is not i only change the fonts to barcode fonts, or i must use StringToCode39 (), but the vb.net crystal report can't
to use this function, i should download the crystal dll to try ?
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
