>Islam controls government; laws, economy, taxes ... everything. Sample interest is forbidden in Islam. Actually every religion effects government. Because There are people at government and usually they have a religion.

This is true. Many laws in the US exist because of the religion of the people. This is true in Turkey or England or anyplace. But in the US, Turkey, and England the laws must protect the people who do not believe as others believe, and it is important that laws not be used only to promote religious law, if there is no secular benefit.

Turkey was very fortunate that Ataturk saw this a hundred years ago. (and put it into law almost 90 years ago )

We are fortunate that our founders saw this over 200 years ago.

It is difficult for both of our countries to find a balance, but if the constitution is written correctly, citizens will be protected from the beliefs of other citizens if they live peacefully.

Charles Hankey

Though a good deal is too strange to be believed, nothing is too strange to have happened.
- Thomas Hardy

Half the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm-- but the harm does not interest them. Or they do not see it, or they justify it because they are absorbed in the endless struggle to think well of themselves.

-- T. S. Eliot
Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin

Pardon him, Theodotus. He is a barbarian, and thinks that the customs of his tribe and island are the laws of nature.
