"Is not an object file" - well, recompile and see if it will become one then. Though, "\\. \nul" seems like a bad filename, so you may have garbage in your project. Try to clean it up (open the project, then in the menu you'll have a project bar and there is the cleanup option). If nothing else helps, build a new project from scratch.
