Does anyone know how to add the Crystal Reports 2008 (version 12 or 4.0) to a form ?

In the past we already integrated CR 9 and 11 using the CrystalReports11.ActiveXReportViewer.1-Ole Class.

The there was a file called 'CRViewer.dll' but i can't find this file anymore using CR 2008 :-s
