The US, UN, African states, religious organizations, etc have been dealing with Somalia's 'issues' for decades. Somalia remains an example of an area of the earth that should be amputated.

Blockade Somalia's coastline - anything sails, drifts, flies, or otherwise attempts to pass from Somalia to outside of the 3-mile limit should be sunk or shot down.

Let Somalia live or die within their own means.
