I tried WM7 for a couple of weeks - I do like the interface for it, how fast it runs, and NetFlix streaming works on it. Other than that it really pretty much sucks cause there isn't much software for it and you have to have the Zune software installed on your PC to sync with it. Plus they left out some pretty obvious things - for example you can't sync with outlook! I finally installed the hotmail connector and was able to sync that way but geeze how dumb is that? Plus I see Micr$oft started pushing out their fine new WM7 update last night and it started bricking phones so now they've pulled that. Greeeat. I dunno sure seems like a rocky start too me.

There are a couple of things here:

You have to have ITunes installed to sync the iPhone...
What app of over 10,000 apps are you missing?
I hate that you can't sync with out look also..... but I'll deal with it till they fix it...

It wasn't bricking "phones".... it caused an issue with a few samsung Omnias ... that's a pretty narrow issue...
