Metin, as for coverage (service in all areas), this country is huge (roughly 9,629,090 km) and there still are not cell phone towers everywhere so there are still places without service or a very weak signal (rural areas). There are pretty much cell phone towers along or near most highways and roads in rural areas across the country, but if you venture out into the rural areas away from the primary roads and towns a few miles, you might lose the signal. Canada might be a better comparison for cell phone coverage...although I'm sure there must be spots in Turkey without cell phone coverage as well due to the topography...

ROFL! Scary! I'm told by some friends from India that it's the same there! I've driven in some locations where there appeared to be no rules to the road, but never anything like the scenes I've seen in some places in India. Hopefully Turkey is not that crazy! :o)
