Did you add 'Web Server(IIS) role from the Server Manger?

>I have a new Windows 2008 R2 Server. I want to enable FTP on the server. I have done some searches and found that I need to add 'FTP Publishing' from the IIS Manager. However, when I open the IIS Manager, I do not have the option to 'Add FTP Publishing' as so many sites have demonstrated.
