I'll call a skirt the tie equivalent. And my answer is 0 for work; once in a while (maybe one work day a year), I'll put on a skirt in the morning because I have to go to a funeral. (For an afternoon funeral, I'll usually change before leaving rather than wear a skirt all day.)
