There's a big fight coming.
http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=267893Not the obvious one between landowners and the EPA, no even bigger. The Kelo v New London decision told us that we no longer own our property so long as a public entity can derive greater property taxes from another private owner. Now the 9th circus says that the EPA owns all property under the Clean Water Act because all property contains some water. This puts the EPA v. municipalities/states currently running massive deficits and searching for revenue. I can't wait to see who wins so I'll know who to bow down to as my true property master.
