I don't think you have to change focus, I'm just talking about changing tools. I have never been a developer for mobile apps or focused on business problems involving them. It would be more analogous if I had programmed for previous mobile devices and were now dragging my feet on learning Honeycomb or whatever.
That said, the only thing that restrains me from wanting to jump into mobile with both feet ( based on your posts I've installed Eclipse and Fishtank or whatver they call it <s> and have played with that a bit ) is time. Up to my ears in WPF, EF, MVVM, Devforce and god knows what else for the more immediate need of my target market.
But put me on salary and pay me to learn mobile and I'm yours in a heartbeat <g>
