They way we have it set up is we partition the drive into 3 drives. the first one (C: Drive) is about 100 megs then we devide the rest into two other drives (D: and E:) we make D: Fat32 and E: NTFS. On the NT side there is a product called FAT32.EXE that will let NT see and write to FAT32 and on 95 there is a product that does the same thing [I don't remember the name of it right now]. The only trouble with this is that it eats up alot of drive letters, because after a CD your network drives start at G: and you have to get use to not putting stuff on C:
