I've just found the website of brothers Strugatsky (А и Б Стругацкие) and was amazed that all of their books are available for download. Which is great... except that they are encoded in, I think, KOI8-R (but I could be wrong).

Is there a function to convert that to any of the other standards - UTF-8, W-1251, some of the ISO cyrillic standards?
