On just skimming this thread it seems to me that, in the context of what you require, you're asking the wrong question.
You cannot 'send' data to a web page - you can only provide information to a page when it is requested.
How you do this depends on where the data which supplies this information is stored and the extent to which you wish the web developer to have access to the data.
