Although I must recognize my complete ignorance about web pages - and big ignorance about VFP - the web developper programmed a test page to me and I was able to send the data. The problem is I don't know where there is a complete list and explanation of the explorer.application object! And I thinK there should be any API or any reliable Activex to create a well documented object "to make a web page receive data from me" if it's true I cant "send data to"

A very, very, very, simple explanation of web pages:

When someone wants to view a web page they send a reqruest to a web server.
If the page must include current information from a database then the web server must have access to that data whilst constructing the page.
There are many ways of achieving that - but the options will partly be determined by the location of the web server, the location of the data and the available connections between them.
What would each of those be in your case ?
