Not business, but I'd like to see one that triggers an alarm when you are within 100 ft of a sexual predator. They wear ankle bracelets with GPS that sends signals to databases (more accurate than the phone's GPS) - that data is not currently available to the public live (only their home on record), but those records should be. If it could be worked out legally, I'd write that one -- it's been discussed in the public safety sector for a couple of years already. Maybe the laws are different in other parts of the world?

Another personal one would be signals when you are within a specified range of a "friend." Some apps do that now but you have to go the status of your friends to see their current location (if they participate). If they participate, you could write an app that triggers a sound you choose to notify you instead of having to go to the app and check.

There are already plenty of good MSFT outlook interfaces for the phones out there - I've used two already so that may be saturated already in the business sector.

Phone video conferencing for when salespeople are on the road? Similar to laptop video conferencing maybe? Supposedly that's out there too, but I haven't tried it yet.
