My company has developed several business applications for Windows Mobile 6.1 These applications allow users on mobile devices to process business transactions (of various types) and then synchronize them with the desktop application and database. The apps are in C# on .NET Compact Framework. I have been asked by some customers if this app will work on smart phones. Since I don't have a smart phone I don't even know how big is the typical screen and if a C# app can be ported to this platform. Also, I don't know if smart phones can have bar code scanners; this is important (not absolutely necessary though).
