>This may have been before your time in North America but the 1985 Chicago Bears, who won the Super Bowl (the only Bears team to do so), had a defensive lineman named William "The Refrigerator" Perry. One of his fellow linemen nicknamed him Biscuit -- "He's just a biscuit under 350." In one of those freaks of nature, he could move. Bears coach Mike Ditka occasionally played him in the offensive backfield, which was dubbed the Single Thing Formation. One of my favorite NFL plays ever was the Fridge knocking Packers linebacker George Cumby yards backwards into the end zone. Cumby is probably still asking who ordered the pepperoni pizza.

I remember one game where a Bears TD got called back. The Bears were on about the opposition 3 yard line. Payton was given the ball to run it in but got stopped just short. Perry picked Payton up and shoved him into the end zone.
