I know there is a condition that a searched word must have at least three characters, but is this condition also applied if I am searching an exact phase in quotes? e.g. "always on top" where the "on" has only two characters.

I try search "always on top", there is no error prompt nor result, nothing! I am simply brought back to the search dialog...
