I'm pretty sure that's never. For that matter, how often has an Ivy team made it past the second round? Not very, though Penn went to the Final Four once.

Penn and Princeton have mostly been the Ivy representatives in the tournament. Princeton's record is 13-27 and they last won a tournament game in '98. Penn seems to have 27 tournament appearances and a total of 25 tournament wins. (I guess if they've been in 27 tournaments that means a record of 25-27.)
