Once had an "unclear-on-concept" IT manager that sent me a backup on a single floppy. Noting the disk label indicated that it was the 25th disc I phoned him to find out what happened to the rest of the disks. He responded that "it should all be there on the disc" -- inquiring further It was determined that when he was prompted to insert the next disk, he "cleverly" ejected the disk and reinserted it before pressing key to continue and confirmed on the overwrite warning.
