This new project is extremely "green". Do not expect anything soon. But as a difference with the VFP community - and most of the php by the way - the python community includes top-level geeks with abilities in all fields of computer engineering, including most recent developments in the compiler technogy. That brings hope.

Alas not at this stage. Python is THE ubiquitous tool but - in spite of having Guido Von Rossum on the google payroll - it is currently left out of android. Expect that to change of course. In view of what I just say on the python tech community. Just need to stay tuned IMHO.
