I want to donwload the Service Pack 4 for NT in 128 incription, But Microsoft says that it can't confirm that I am in US. I talked to our "Tech People" and they said they didn't know why and if I found out to tell them. Is this something we have to do on our Internet Server or with the people who gave us the domain name? Any help would be appreciated.
